Snapshot Magnets is a UK-based business selling custom printed photo magnets. By placing an order through our website (snapshotmagnets.co.uk), you agree to these terms and conditions.
All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include any applicable taxes. Payment is taken at the time of order via our secure payment provider (Stripe). We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email. This constitutes a binding contract between you and Snapshot Magnets.
By uploading photos to our website, you confirm that you own the rights to those images or have permission to use them. You grant Snapshot Magnets a limited licence to use the uploaded images solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
We will not share, sell, or use your photos for any other purpose. Photos are stored securely and deleted within 30 days of order completion.
We reserve the right to refuse to print any content that is offensive, illegal, or infringes on the rights of others.
We aim to print and dispatch all orders within 48 hours of receiving your photos. Standard UK delivery takes 2–4 working days. International delivery times vary by destination.
While we make every effort to meet delivery estimates, these are not guaranteed and delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control.
We take pride in the quality of our products. If you receive magnets that are damaged, defective, or significantly different from what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we will reprint or refund at our discretion.
Please note that slight colour variations between your screen and the printed product are normal and not considered a defect.
Because our products are custom-made to your specifications, we are unable to accept cancellations once production has begun. If your order has not yet entered production, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
All website content, design, logos, and branding are the property of Snapshot Magnets and may not be reproduced without permission.
Snapshot Magnets shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
